Sales Policy

Due to the on-demand nature of the production of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are FOB supplier. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason other than receipt of incorrect, damaged, or defective goods. Incorrect ordering of size, color, or artwork will be considered ineligible for return/exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges, only replacements.  All replacements are subject to approval.


Delivery, Duties & Taxes

Destination of delivery of order is made complete upon order confirmation in the state of California.  Customers in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and United States and any other country where applicable are responsible for any and all appropriate duty, taxes or fees to be collected at time of customs or border clearance, despite any shipping discounts made available by Full Torque Gear. 


Payments & Security

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We take cardholder security extremely seriously and every purchase is audited individually. Payments that cannot be authorized or validated against information on file with the issuer will be immediately refunded and the order cancelled. Please ensure that billing information is accurate at the time of order to prevent order cancellation.


Order Tracking Eligibility

All orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom include tracking information. 


Order Fulfillment

Order fulfillment can take up to 5 business days depending on time of year (eg. around Christmas). Delivery time depends upon the items ordered. Please note that orders outside of the USA can experience delays due to customs clearance and as such, are out of our control.


Shipment Packing

T-Shirts are individually folded and packed in their own poly bag and then into a waterproof mailing envelope for shipping. Posters are rolled and shipped in a heavy duty kraft mailing tube with care. Items shipped with tracking are guaranteed to arrive to you in perfect condition. 

Shirts and prints are shipped separately. Shipments in this case may arrive on separate days and you will receive two shipment notifications with separate tracking if your shipping method was eligible.
